Every year, Barry Callebaut Group (BCG), a key chocolate supplier of ours, holds an annual leadership summit. This year the event was supposed to take place in Barcelona, Spain, but because of restrictions related to the pandemic, most of the event ended up being virtual.
Our President & CEO, Ed Schultz, was asked to share with the attendees how Hawaiian Host Group handled the challenges and opportunities that came along with the pandemic. Unfortunately no trip to Barcelona for Ed — instead NMG Network helped us create a wonderful video in which Ed tells the story of our transformation and what it took us to not only stay alive, but thrive.
Thanks to Dave Mitchell and Thomas (TJ) Mulvihill of BCG for this wonderful collaboration.
Most importantly, mahalo to our entire team for making this incredible transformation happen during one of the toughest periods of our company’s history.
